About Me

Describe Yourself:I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, a Personal Trainer, Whole Health Coach, Lifestyle Expert-just for moms, speaker, President of Lifestyle Fitness, Inc. and author of The Lifestyle Fitness Program: A Six Part Plan So Every Mom Can Look, Feel and Live Her Best (recommended by Parenting Magazine) and From Mom To Wow: Your Ultimate Body, Mind and Life Makeover Guide. I've been branded “The Mojo Coach” because for nearly 20 years, I've inspired unfit, overweight and overwhelmed moms to “get their mojo back” through gradual lifestyle change.
I'm a featured expert on numerous websites, a popular radio guest, often quoted in print and online magazines, was recently featured as a successful “career-at-home-mom” in a new book and serve as a student mentor for the National Institute of Whole Health; the most highly accredited and widely respected Whole Health Coaching program in the U.S.
I hold two certifications in pre/post natal fitness, with specialty recognition in weight loss and weight maintenance. I'm the New York Ambassador for W.O.M.E.N. e.o (Women Own Mentor Empower Nurture Each Other). I was recently honored for my unique charity program (2008), is a Madison Who’s Who (2007), Notable American Woman (1992, 2000) and Outstanding Young Woman of America (1992, 1998).
I understand that moms needs a program which supports their goals, values their time, meets their specific challenges...and creates lasting results! www.TheMojoCoach.com -
On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:I'm hoping to be able to share articles, information, tips, ideas and suggestions to ANY mom struggling to find the balance between motherhood and womanhood...because it doesn't have to be a choice

Dr. Niama L. W., Nov 7, 2009, 3:08AM ESTHello Debi!!!! I hope you are still well, busy, and productive???? Having finished book number ELEVEN, I thought I'd get back on Gather and find some ways to promote and let folks know about all this literary production over here in Norristown. :-) I visited your site and all I can say is BRAVA; it is brilliant. Once I get my newsletter for entrepreneurs launched, I'll have to feature you for one issue. Give me some time to get that rolling and I'll be in touch. In the meantime, take a stroll over to http://www.blowingupbarriers.com. I have some teleseminars that your clients may be interested in and each teleseminar registration entitles them to a free book! Love and blessings, Dr. Ni. :-)

Dr. Niama L. W., Nov 24, 2008, 8:15AM ESTOh, the pleasure is all mine. I love good writing, and as someone who taught literature and remedial writing for over 15 years, I am a big fan of folks who can string words together in GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT sentences. I will, therefore, be honored to use your article. I love to applaud good, helpful writing when I see it. :-)
My newsletter usually comes out on Fridays at 11 a.m., so if you sign up on my website (I think my boxes are working properly now), you will get a copy in your inbox.
Thank you again for the helpful, timely work!
Love and blessings,
Dr. Ni -
